Exterior Ø 6.35 to 66.67 mm.

Data sheet: Cooling equipment tubes

At Bronmetal we supply copper tubes in different formats for the manufacture of refrigeration equipment: round, square, rectangular and oval. All of them are manufactured using the Cu-DHP alloy, which is characterised by its good conductivity and resistance to corrosion. It is composed of a small amount of phosphorus which removes oxygen from the metal during its manufacture, improving its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

When ordering it is possible to select the state of treatment of the material according to the EN 1173 Standard which refers to the designation of the material states of copper and copper alloys. In the mechanical characteristics section you will find details of each of the treatment states: surface hardening, light annealing and soft annealing.

SURFACE QUALITY

The interior and exterior surfaces of the piping must be clean and smooth. Any residue left over after solvent has evaporated must not exceed 38 mg/m2 of the internal surface.
